ORDERS

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping usually takes between three to five business days, depending on your location, but may take up to seven days for some destinations. More specific shipping days can be found when selecting your preferred shipping method at check out.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING

Do you ship Internationally?

You can ship your order to another country by choosing that country as shipping country on our website. We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to all countries within EU, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, South Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong, etc.

When will my order ship?

Standard Domestic Shipping:

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 6–10 business days. Please note this timeframe includes both processing and transit time.

Expedited Domestic Shipping:

Orders generally ship within 1–3 business days, with delivery occurring 3–7 business days after shipment. This estimate includes processing and transit time.

International Shipping:

Please allow approximately 6–15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-order and made-to-order items will ship once inventory becomes available. The estimated ship date will be listed in the product description. Please note that shipping timelines for pre-orders are subject to delays.

Pre-Order and Made-to-Order items are not eligible for cancellation.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

My order says delivered but I never received it.

Please confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout matches your current location. If everything looks correct, we recommend checking with your neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby by mistake.
